What is MCT Oil?
MCT oil is a supplement made from a type of fat called medium-chain triglycerides. MCT molecules are smaller than those in most of the fats you eat (long-chain triglycerides [LCT]). This makes them easier to digest. You can absorb MCT in your bloodstream quickly.
Suggested Use
Fill the dropper with the desired serving size and squeeze under the tongue to let the oil absorb. Best to wait 30 seconds to 1 minute before swallowing the liquid. Wait three hours after initial (first time) use to see how the strength level may affect you. Take note of how your body has adapted to the oil on a weekly basis and adjust your serving size based on your desired effect. Administering the Delta-8 oil serving under your tongue will allow the body to process the Delta-8 more quickly and reach your bloodstream sooner. Choose your strength and amount according to your personal needs. Tinctures can also be mixed with food or drink as desired.
